In light of the confirmed case of COVID-19 here in our valley as well as the BCSD decision to cancel school, the elders have decided to cancel all CBC activities for tomorrow (3-15-20). The elders will meet tomorrow to discuss plans for moving ahead. Please know that we do not take this decision lightly. Our time together as a church family is vital to the life of our church, but we feel that this is the best decision for tomorrow's activities.
While our gathering for tomorrow is cancelled we can still be the church by spending time in God's Word and in prayer as families. I appreciate the fact that our President has declared tomorrow a national day of prayer specifically for the crisis that we are in as a nation. Please take time to pray, especially for wisdom and opportunities to be the body of Christ reaching out in love to a hurting world.
