Dear Calvary Bible Family,
we are all anxious to get back to church! Now that we are officially into stage one of the state protocols for places of worship, the elders of CBC are formulating a plan for a safe and responsible return to church. The details of that plan will be forthcoming. For now, we can tell you that our first Sunday gathering will be May 17th. Leading up to and continuing after the 17th we are going to begin live-streaming our worship service. This will be important even after the 17th for those who are not able to attend due to their vulnerability to the virus.

This Sunday (May 3rd) will be our first live-stream worship service. It will be available on the CBC website and will begin at 9am. Following our live-stream worship time we will have an all church zoom meeting for prayer and fellowship. Who needs a Fellowship Hall when you have a “Zoom Room”? Actually the ability to connect via zoom has been a real blessing to our church family, so we want to include that in our lead up to meeting together again at our church campus.

Please plan to join us for worship at 9am and prayer and fellowship at 10:30am. Also please be praying for wisdom as we anticipate a return to regular meetings together as a church family.

“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful; and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.” Hebrews 10:23-25
